Tim Vines
Managing Editor and Founder
Tim is responsible for the overall direction and operation of Axios Review. Before starting Axios he spent five years as the Managing Editor of Molecular Ecology. Prior to that, he completed a PhD with Nick Barton in Edinburgh and postdoc with Dolph Schluter at the University of British Columbia. Tim has also published papers on science publishing, data archiving and reproducible science. He was recently awarded the inaugural Award for Achievement or Innovation by the International Society of Managing and Technical Editors. Contact Tim

Jen Gow
Managing Editor and Director
Jen is linked to all aspects of Axios Review, from day-to-day operations to strategic development. She entered science publishing as Managing Editor of Molecular Ecology in 2012. Jen had made the leap from her previous research career by working as a Science Writer and Research Facilitator for a multidisciplinary group. Prior to this, she enjoyed postdoc positions at the University of British Columbia and Bangor University; and graduate studies at the Universities of Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Contact Jen

Hilary McNaughton
Editorial Coordinator
Hilary has worked in science publishing since 2010, first with Molecular Ecology and now with Axios Review. She has a degree in Sociology from the University of British Columbia.
